Maschio's Heavy Duty Repairs Ltd. was founded in 2006 by Dave Fabro, who brings decades of industry experience with him, and it shows. His commitment to excellence, paired with his honest and genuine nature, is second to none. He remains deeply involved in operations, and his door is always open.
Bernie Bidwell
OPERATIONS / MECHANIC
Bernie Bidwell joined Maschio's officially in 2014 but has been alongside Dave since the beginning. Bernie oversees operations, hiring and placement. With his strong background and commitment to excellence, he selects only the most qualified and capable technician for each job.

Ashleigh Magill
SAFETY / ADMIN
Ashleigh Magill joined the company in 2022, but has worked on various projects for Maschio's since the beginning. Ashleigh comes with a background in safety, dispatch, mine operations, mine rescue, first aid and BCCSA COR Internal Auditing.

Carson Perreault
SHOP MANAGER / MECHANIC
Carson started his automotive apprenticeship in a fleet shop in Red Deer, working primarily on oilfield and asphalt paving trucks, then firetrucks and highway tractors/trailers. In 2014 he moved to a Honda dealership in Vernon, B.C., obtaining his Red Seal ticket, then to a Ford dealership four years later, where his main focus was transmission, diesel, gas and electrical diagnosis and repair. In October of 2021, he joined Maschio's service truck maintenance shop, which has presented a lot of new and exciting challenges
Kevin Pavan
TOOL MANAGER
Kevin comes to us with a military background and a passion for fishing. After working on multiple government projects, he is now retired and focused on raising his son while helping us with tool management. Kevin is simply the best, we are very blessed to know him and call him family.
